Working with ASP.NET controls

OK so right now i am stuck. i have customized my wizard [CreateUserWizard] i want to be able to add stuff to my Database SQL 2008 R2 during the before i take the next step. So im getting stuck as to which event to use. it sounds so easy i know, but its not that simple to a noob like me
